Planning Department

This Department coordinates the processes of planning, monitoring, follow-up, and evaluation of CELAM, so that the programs, projects, and actions of CELAM are internally articulated and with other organizations that support the mission of the Church in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Administrative and Financial Department

This Department integrates the areas of treasury, human talent, systems, procurement, and support services, articulating the administrative and financial processes to respond in an integrated, efficient, and effective manner to the needs of the Presidency and the Pastoral Centers.
